Welcome to TapSend! We're a self-serve Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platform, and we want to make sure you understand our refund policy. This page explains how subscriptions work and what to expect when you purchase a paid plan.
1. Our Refund Policy
Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all paid plans (Pro and Business) purchased through TapSend. We've designed our service this way to keep things simple and transparent.
Why This Policy?
We offer a comprehensive Free plan that gives you full access to try TapSend and evaluate all the core features before deciding on a paid subscription. Our paid plans add extra features, higher limits, and enhanced capabilities on top of what's available in the free tier. Since you can fully test the service with our free plan, we consider paid subscriptions as final purchases once payment is processed and your plan is activated.
2. Payment and Plan Activation
- Once your payment is completed and your plan is activated, the purchase is considered final. This applies to all payment methods we accept, including credit cards and cryptocurrency.
- Your plan activates immediately after successful payment processing, giving you instant access to all the features and benefits of your chosen plan.
- By completing a purchase, you're confirming that you've reviewed the plan features, pricing, and terms, and you're comfortable with this policy.
3. Auto-Renewal and Renewal Charges
- Renewal charges are final once processed. If your subscription is set to auto-renew and a renewal payment goes through, that charge cannot be refunded.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) to ensure uninterrupted service, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Once a renewal payment is processed and your subscription period is extended, that payment is final, even if you decide to cancel right after renewal.
- You can easily manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure it's processed in time.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. This will stop future renewal charges, though any payments you've already made won't be refunded.
- When you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, so you'll continue enjoying all paid features until then.
- Once your subscription period ends, your account will automatically switch back to the Free plan, and you'll have access to all the free features.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, just cancel before your renewal date. We suggest doing this at least 24 hours in advance to make sure everything processes smoothly.
5. Plan Downgrades
- You can downgrade your plan anytime, and the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- When you downgrade, we don't issue refunds or credits for the price difference. You'll keep enjoying your current plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- To downgrade, just do it before your next renewal date. The new plan pricing will apply to future billing cycles going forward.
6. Try Before You Buy
We offer a comprehensive Free plan so you can fully experience TapSend before deciding on a paid subscription. Our Free plan gives you:
- Full access to core features and functionality
- Ability to test the service with real usage
- Complete access to the user interface and experience
- Plenty of time to see if a paid plan fits your needs
We encourage you to take advantage of the Free plan to explore TapSend thoroughly. When you're ready to upgrade, you'll know exactly what you're getting with a paid subscription.
7. Special Circumstances
While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that mistakes can happen. We may consider refunds in special situations, such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by technical errors on our end
- Unauthorized transactions (we'll need to verify these)
- Billing mistakes that are clearly our fault
