Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute an End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and govern your access to and use of TapSend (“we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You agree not to misuse the Services or interfere with their normal operation.
  • You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. Accounts and Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that harms others or our infrastructure.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

TapSend offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • TapSend Pro Monthly — $9.99/month, renews monthly.
  • TapSend Pro Yearly — $99/year, renews annually.
  • TapSend Business Monthly — $19.99/month, renews monthly.
  • TapSend Business Yearly — $199/year, renews annually.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or activities.
  • No attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems without authorization.
  • No reverse engineering or circumventing technical measures.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
